But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from law\, although the law and the prophets bear witness to it\, the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction; since all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God\, they are justified by his grace as a gift\, through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus.\nGospel Reading: Matthew 7:1-8\nThe Lord said\, “Judge not\, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged\, and the measure you give will be the measure you get. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye\, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother\, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye\,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite\, first take the log out of your own eye\, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye. Do not give dogs what is holy; and do not throw your pearls before swine\, lest they trample them under foot and turn to attack you. Ask\, and it will be given you; seek\, and you will find; knock\, and it will be opened to you. For every one who asks receives\, and he who seeks finds\, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

Νυνί δε χωρίς νόμου δικαιοσύνη θεού πεφανέρωται\, μαρτυρουμένη υπό του νόμου και των προφητών· δικαιοσύνη δε θεού διά πίστεως Ιησού Χριστού εις πάντας και επί πάντας τους πιστεύοντας· ου γαρ εστιν διαστολή· πάντες γαρ ήμαρτον και υστερούνται της δόξης του θεού\, δικαιούμενοι δωρεάν τη αυτού χάριτι διά της απολυτρώσεως της εν Χριστώ Ιησού.\nΑνάγνωσις Ευαγγελίου: Κατά Ματθαίον  7:1-8\nΕίπεν ο Κύριος· Μή κρίνετε\, ίνα μή κριθήτε· εν ώ γαρ κρίματι κρίνετε κριθήσεσθε\, και εν ώ μέτρω μετρείτε μετρηθήσεται υμίν. τί δε βλέπεις το κάρφος το εν τω οφθαλμώ του αδελφού σου\, την δε εν τω σώ οφθαλμώ δοκόν ου κατανοείς; ή πώς ερείς τω αδελφώ σου\, άφες εκβάλω το κάρφος από του οφθαλμού σου\, και ιδού η δοκός εν τω οφθαλμώ σου; υποκριτά\, έκβαλε πρώτον την δοκόν εκ του οφθαλμού σου\, και τότε διαβλέψεις εκβαλείν το κάρφος εκ του οφθαλμού του αδελφού σου. Μή δώτε το άγιον τοις κυσί μηδέ βάλητε τους μαργαρίτας υμών έμπροσθεν των χοίρων\, μήποτε καταπατήσωσιν αυτούς εν τοις ποσίν αυτών και στραφέντες ρήξωσιν υμάς. Αιτείτε\, και δοθήσεται υμίν\, ζητείτε\, και ευρήσετε\, κρούετε\, και ανοιγήσεται υμίν· πάς γαρ ο αιτών λαμβάνει και ο ζητών ευρίσκει και τω κρούοντι ανοιγήσεται.
